Here are some of my lessons learned. \u00a0Please add to this in the comments<\/p>\n<p>1. Baby steps before we run. e.g. It is a huge step from a pot luck dinner to a public dance.<\/p>\n<p>2. Events that run past midnight are two day events per insurance<\/p>\n<p>3. Liquor adds a big risk. \u00a0Opened cases cannot be returned. \u00a0Liquor adds to insurance costs.<\/p>\n<p>4.
